Variety of community services for 3 counties including Somerset. Free assistance for income-eligible residents. Headstart childcare, health enrollment insurance, SNAP and NJ Healthcare enrollment, senior benefits enrollment, computer lab, info and assistance, language translation services, health screenings and referrals, energy and water payment assistance, discount cell phone program (SafeLink). Discrimination - any area arising from, or reasonably related to victimization If prospective client is not VCCO-eligible, the hourly rate is $60 – retainer ($2,500-$5,000) may be required.
