Divorce (Consultation Only) LSNWJ provides free civil legal services to people with limited income, seniors, and people affected by HIV/AIDS. Intakes are over the phone, approximately 20 minutes. Counties Serviced: Hunterdon, Morris, Somerset, Sussex, Warren
Manavi for South Asian Women
Domestic and sexual violence services free of charge for South Asian women. Statewide helpline to give information and referrals about the legal domestic violence process. Counties Serviced: Statewide
Rutgers Law Associates
Discrimination - any area arising from, or reasonably related to victimization If prospective client is not VCCO-eligible, the hourly rate is $60 – retainer ($2,500-$5,000) may be required. Email is the preferred method. The intake team should be in direct contact via email within 24-48 hours to set up an intake call. RLA has the capacity to handle 50-100 FRO cases and related representation each year. Counties: Statewide
