Discrimination - any area arising from, or reasonably related to victimization If prospective client is not VCCO-eligible, the hourly rate is $60 – retainer ($2,500-$5,000) may be required. Email is the preferred method. The intake team should be in direct contact via email within 24-48 hours to set up an intake call. RLA has the capacity to handle 50-100 FRO cases and related representation each year. Counties: Statewide
