Family Crisis Intervention Unit

Crisis intervention services for children and families in crisis. Office hours: 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday. FCIU serves children and families who are in crisis as a result of any or all of the following: juvenile-family conflicts, serious threat to the well-being and physical safety of a juvenile, runaway behavior, youth involved in human trafficking, or youth who are truant from school.

Rutgers Early Intervention Support Services (EISS) – Somerset County

EISS provides services to residents of Somerset County who are: 18 years of age and older; Currently suffering from acute mental health symptoms; Able to be safely served in an outpatient setting; NOT enrolled in PACT or RIST EISS provides a professional and proven alternative to Emergency Department visits and InPatient Psychiatric Admissions.
