The Resource Directory is a partial list of the resources available in our community, and is meant to be a starting point to help you identify services and providers. Please note that Safe+Sound Somerset cannot vouch for any of these resources. Search websites, ask for recommendations from friends and peers, and call or email a potential service provider to decide whether or not something is the right fit for you.

CyberTipline – reporting online child exploitation
Place you can report a child being sexually exploited online. Staff at the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children review each tip and work to find a potential location for the incident reported so that it may be made available to the appropriate law-enforcement agency for possible investigation.

This self guided healing platform was created to aid survivors in their healing journeys.
Take It Down
This service is one step you can take to help remove online nude, partially nude, or sexually explicit photos and videos taken before you were 18 (minors). You can remain anonymous while using the service and you won’t have to send your images or videos to anyone. Service provided by National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Victim Connect Helpline
National helpline where crime victims can learn about their rights and options confidentially and compassionately. Also includes website with information and resources. Operated by National Center for Victims of Crime.
Victim’s Crime Compensation
Victims of crimes and their families can apply for compensation through the state. A victim seeking VCCO benefits may receive a maximum award of up to $25,000.
