HUD-Certified Housing Counseling Service provides free one-on-one counseling in English and Spanish to low- and moderate-income first-time homebuyers seeking to purchase a home in New Jersey, along with providing foreclosure prevention counseling for homeowners who are struggling financially and are at risk of foreclosure. Discrimination - any area arising from, or reasonably related to victimization If prospective client is not VCCO-eligible, the hourly rate is $60 – retainer ($2,500-$5,000) may be required. Email is the preferred method. The intake team should be in direct contact via email within 24-48 hours to set up an intake call.
