First-Time Homebuyer, Rental & Foreclosure Counseling – NJ Citizen Action

HUD-Certified Housing Counseling Service provides free one-on-one counseling in English and Spanish to low- and moderate-income first-time homebuyers seeking to purchase a home in New Jersey, along with providing foreclosure prevention counseling for homeowners who are struggling financially and are at risk of foreclosure. Somerset County Resident ID Cards Application

Somerset County residents can obtain a photo ID from the County Clerk's office. This ID card is available to Somerset County residents, regardless of age. This card is NOT REAL ID compliant. However, residents might find it useful as a supplemental photo identification. Need proof of identity and proof of residency (see website).
