COVID-19 Emergency Rental Assistance Program Phase II (CVERAP-II)
The DCA administers this program to help households struggling to pay rent due to the pandemic.
Emergency Assistance (EA) under WFNJ/TANF/GA
Recipients of Work First New Jersey (WFNJ), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), General Assistance (GA), and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) may be eligible for EA to prevent or alleviate homelessness, including back rent and first month's rent.

Divorce (Consultation Only). LSNWJ provides free civil legal services to people with limited income, seniors, and people affected by HIV/AIDS. Intakes are over the phone, approximately 20 minutes. Counties Serviced: Hunterdon, Morris, Somerset, Sussex, Warren

Rutgers Law Associates
Discrimination - any area arising from, or reasonably related to victimization If prospective client is not VCCO-eligible, the hourly rate is $60 – retainer ($2,500-$5,000) may be required. Email is the preferred method. The intake team should be in direct contact via email within 24-48 hours to set up an intake call.
